Arno Klien, our Austrian Veteran

I’ve been Telemarking now for 25 years, was teaching in various types of schools, Universities and Pedagogic Institutes, held lectures and teachings at international scientific congresses; interested in Methodic, Didactic, Biomechanics, History, (old) Films and Books, Arts, and everything concerning FreeHeelSkiing.

Elisa Calcamuggi, our International JournalistSkiing has always been our family sport, and it couldn’t have been different, having a ski instructor for mother and a coach of the national ski team for father. I’ve always skied, dreaming of running for the national team… however, that didn’t happen, thus I decided to become a sport journalist for Sky TV where I work for, it goes without saying, the winter sport field!

Luca Gasparini, our Local Telemark Instructor

National Telemark instructor, journalist and technical adviser for the company Scarpa, translator and producer of various telly-movies, I ski and work in Livigno.

Paola Bormolini, our Local PR

Former director of Livigno’s tourist office, I’ve worked for the organization of the freestyle and snowboard World cup in Livigno, and was in charge of the opening and awarding ceremony of the MTB World cup. At the moment I’m working for the skipass office in Livigno and I still find the time to Telemark in our beautiful valley.

You only get one chance to leave the first tracks. Mark Shapiro, known as the godfather of the art of ski photography, leaves the tracks that others look to. Shapiro inspired the previous generation of ski photographers and continues to influence the art today. A French Magazine has called him “the master of light”. Using God’s vantage point, Shapiro captures the essence of the pure powder experience.
